PARKING PERMIT REGISTRATION
FAQ/HELP

1.  I can't access the link from my phone or computer?

When accessing the link that you were provided either click on the link from the email/text you were sent OR if you have to type it into the web browser on your phone or computer make sure you type out the ENTIRE link including the “http://” and property name.

DO NOT try to just type the link into the web browser without including the “http://” or without the property name.  You will get a list of other LMS related websites, most are not even associated with our company.

2.  How will I know if I have accessed the correct web site?

If you have accessed the correct web site you should see a screen like the one below asking you to enter a Password.  If you do not see this screen or you see any other screen then you are not at the right place.  You should enter the password provided to you and then you will see a screen similar to the second screen shown below.  **The First character of the password is a lowercase “L” not a 1 or an i.

3.  Do I really have to provide all of this information just for a Parking Permit?

ALL of the fields provided (except the Other Notes field) are required, including Photo of Drivers License and Photo of Vehicle Registration (If you don't see the photo fields listed then they are not required).  If the Photo fields are required make sure that the photos you provide are clear, focused, and large enough to where they can be read.  Your application WILL be rejected if the photos are unreadable.

4.  What if my vehicle only has a Temporary License Plate and I haven't yet received my Permanent Plate?

If your vehicle only has a temporary tag then use the temporary tag number as your license plate number and once you receive your permanent tag then resubmit an application only in the “Other Notes” field indicate that you are updating your tag information and also indicate what your current parking permit number is.

5.  What if I need to register more than one Vehicle?

If your apartment/housing complex allows for more than one Parking Permit you will simply need to fill out a separate Parking Permit request form for each vehicle and include the same required information for each application.

6.  How will I know if my Parking Permit Application went through?

Shortly after you hit “SUBMIT” you should receive a confirmation email letting you know that your application has been successfully submitted.  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THEN YOUR APPLICATION DID NOT GO THROUGH AND YOU WILL NEED TO RESUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AGAIN.

7.  What should I do if my Parking Permit Application is DENIED?

If your application is denied you will receive an email explanation as to why it was denied.  You will need to RESUBMIT a new application with the corrected information otherwise you will NOT receive a parking permit.

8.  What happens after my Parking Permit Application is Submitted?  When will I be able to pickup my Parking Permit?

Once your application has been reviewed and approved you will receive an email stating that your application has been approved.  DO NOT GO TO THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT OFFICE TO PICKUP YOUR PERMIT YET.  Wait until you receive a final confirmation email stating that your permit will be delivered to you directly or has been dropped off at the management office for you to pickup.

9.  Will my Vehicle get Booted/Towed if I have successfully submitted my Parking Permit Application but have not yet received my Parking Permit?

No, once you register successfully for your Parking Permit your vehicle will not get booted or towed for not having your parking permit installed on your vehicle.  HOWEVER, please keep in mind that successfully submitting a Parking Permit Application does NOT prevent your vehicle from being Booted/Towed if you violate any other parking rules such as being double parked, parked in a handicap designated space without a handicap license plate or hang tag, obstructing the flow of traffic, etc.  Make sure that you familiarize yourself with all of the parking rules for your development.  A copy of these rules were emailed to you within your Parking Permit Application Confirmation Email.

10.  What if I still can't get the Parking Permit Application Form/Website to work?

If you are still having issues or you have any questions please feel free to call or text the LMS Permit Line at 828-263-8626.  Keep in mind that your permit is not the only permit that we are working on so please allow us some time to get back to you.
